Our Founder

Jolinda Osborne, Founder and President since 1988 of Intercultural Communication Services, Inc. (ICS), created her company with the mission of helping non-native English speaking employees communicate effectively, act courageously, and thrive in their professional and personal lives. Jolinda holds a BA in International Relations from Scripps College, and an MS in Counseling Education from the University of Southern California. Jolinda is a master teacher known for recognizing each client’s strengths and talents, and for understanding the multi-faceted communication skills necessary for significant improvement. She has lived and worked in multicultural environments, taught English communications at colleges and overseas universities, written books for non-native English-speaking professionals, and creatively pursued her goals and life work.
